Our office projects include, among others, downtown of Prague, corporate headquarters building for companies such as PwC, KPMG and Eli Lilly. The Park, a 150.000 sqm business park, is home to headoffice facilities for leading multi-nationals including IBM, Sony, DELL, Accenture, BP, GE and Guidant. DHL (Deutsche Post) has also selected The Park as the location for its European Data Center. Our industrial / logistics projects cover a variety of market segments. We have developed large, muti-tenanted logistics parks such as the D1 East and West projects which are occupied by companies such as DHL (Sony and Bosch), L`oreal, Rossmann, Schneidersoehne and others. We have also completed buid-to-suit manufacturing facilities for companies such as Textron and PCC. And finally, we have developed a 110.000 sqm, sophisticated JIT / JIS automotive logistics supply park in the Slovak Republic, the only one of its kind in Central Europe, for suppliers of Volkswagen and Audi.
