Based on the limited provision of urban retail centers in the secondary cities within Europe, AIG/Lincoln has focused efforts to acquire and develop such opportunities. These centers provide a climate controlled environment with an optimal mix of stores, food, and entertainment. The design intent of these centers is to create dominant destinations where customers can conveniently shop, browse, and enjoy leisure time at one location. As a point of difference however, these centers are positioned and designed to specifically meet the needs of their respective markets with the ultimate focus on the customer for access, ease of shopping, and pleasurable environment.
