THE FOURTH AND FINAL PART OF THE „LOGISTIKPARK MOOSTHENNING“ WITH AROUND 43,000 SQM DEVELOPED BY AIG/LINCOLN GERMANY IS NOW READY FOR OCCUPATION BY BMWMoosthenning. On Tuesday, 30 June 2009 the opening ceremony of the final stage incorporating a total of four warehouses took place. The project „Logistikpark Moosthenning“ in Moosthenning near Dingolfing consists of approximately 43,000 sqm logistics- and warehouse space on a site comprising around 100,000 sqm.
The last of four parts with around 10,000 sqm each was handed over to BMW on 30 June 2009 after an opening ceremony.
After having rented three parts of the park in the past year, BMW has secured further warehouse space in the direct vicinity of its main production plant in Dingolfing with this occupancy.
Each of the four halls provides a clear ceiling height of 10 meters and both sectional doors with a breadth of five meters and seven loading bays of adjustable height. These features and a variable lease space from 5,000 to 20,000 sqm guarantee maximum flexibility and third party use.
The ground-breaking ceremony was on the 13 February 2008.
General contractor was Goldbeck, Bielefeld, and the project management was carried out by IBLK, Munich.
