Lance Bozman is the Managing Director and founder of AIG/Lincoln Hungary & Southeast Europe. In addition to Hungary, he has successfully managed the opening of the AIG/Lincoln Munich and AIG/Lincoln Romania operations, and is currently establishing AIG/Lincoln Croatia.

Under his leadership the company has developed more than 200,000 sqm of office, 135,000 sqm of logistics and 45,000 sqm of retail projects.

Over the last 11 years Lance’s team has earned the reputation as one of most professional and reliable development companies in the region, with past and current development projects valued in excess of 700 million Euros and with more than 450,000 sqm of commercial space currently under management.

Lance graduated with a BA in Business Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Norbert Schőmer has served as the Senior Development Director for AIG Lincoln for the last 9 years. He is currently responsible for the assessment of new development opportunities, managing the design process, supervising the contractor procurement process and continually playing an active role in the leasing of each project. He has managed the site selection, land acquisition and preparation phases in the following AIG/Lincoln projects: Airport Office Park, IP West, Haller Gardens, Market Central Ferihegy, The Quadrum and is currently focusing on the new retail projects in Miskolc and Szeged. He gained international development experience in Slovenia with an office development project.

Norbert brought to AIG/Lincoln extensive work experience from DTZ Hungary where he acted as Industrial Department Head and established the DTZ industrial division as one of the leading agencies in the market. Prior to that he ran his privately owned business, focusing on such various fields as architectural design and project management.

Norbert earned his BA degree in Architecture from Ybl Miklós Technical College in Budapest and later his MBA from Budapest University of Economic Sciences. He spent his international internship in London at Fitzroy Robinson and was a trainee in Houston, TX at Architectural Services International. He speaks fluent English.

János Gárdai manages all of AIG/Lincoln’s finance activities acting as the company’s Finance Director for more than 9 years. To date he has overseen more than 700 M EUR investment value in the Central & Southeast European region, providing thorough analytical and financial analysis of the markets and the projects. Additionally he is responsible for 3 major ongoing office projects as Development Director. He also contributes to AIG/Lincoln’s success by managing agent activities and participating in sales procedures and negotiations.

Prior to János joining AIG/Lincoln, he acted in a financial management position as financial controller for a private manufacturing company.

János graduated from the College of Finance and Accounting in Budapest in 1996 and in the same year he completed his studies in English at Heriot-Watt University and College of Finance and Accounting. János speaks fluent English and conversational Italian.

Zsuzsa Fekete recently joined AIG/Lincoln Hungary as Leasing Director. In her new role her responsibilities include leasing and marketing of all AIG/Lincoln projects (office, retail, logistics), taking part in the planning and design phase of the buildings, planning the optimal tenant mix, supervising agents and keeping contact with the development directors. Zsuzsa is an experienced real estate consultant with over 9 years of real estate experience both locally and internationally, specializing in acting for office occupiers and landlords/developers. She acted for 5 years in the role of Office Agency Head at Cushman & Wakefield’s Budapest office. Some of the major tenants she worked with includes: BMW, Citibank, EDS, GE Budapest Bank, Morgan Stanley, Philip Morris. Zsuzsa graduated from a joint College of Essca in France and the Technical University of Budapest in 1997. She speaks fluent French and English. She was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2006.

Zsolt Bozsovics acts as AIG/Lincoln’s Director of Construction and has over 10 years of work experience at the company. He supervised most of the company’s large scale multi-phased projects, which include the M1 Business Park (logistics and industrial), IP West phases I&II, Market Central Ferihegy (retail), Haller Gardens and The Quadrum. His current projects include IP West III-V and the Munich based Campus M Business Park. Additionally he participates in lease negotiations and coordinates value-engineering efforts. His work experience includes successful cooperation with many local and international clients and contractors such as British Telecom, C&A, DHL, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Siemens, Strabag, Swietelsky.

Prior to Zsolt’s tenure with AIG/Lincoln he gained experience as a structural engineer and project manager for a wide variety of Hungarian projects.

Zsolt is a graduate of the Technical University of Budapest majoring in civil engineering at the structural engineering branch. He is fluent in English and speaks conversational German.

Marton is presently responsible for business development in Budapest, which includes searching for development opportunities, as well as seeking out potential clients for our development management, project / construction management, leasing, property/facility management and building consultancy services. Previously, Marton headed the property management group in Budapest for six years and helped set up the management team in Bucharest. At one point he was responsible for the management of 18 projects, over 200 tenants and 500,000 m2 of GLA in both cities. Prior to AIG/Lincoln, Marton worked for GE Capital Golub in the property management department. Marton also worked as a construction manager on industrial and residential projects for over eight years in both the United States and in Hungary. Marton earned a bachelors degree in construction engineering and management from Purdue University, and is presently finishing his MBA at the Corvinus University of Budapest. He is a native Hungarian and English speaker, with a limited knowledge of German and French.
