AIG/LINCOLN SOUTH-EASTERN EUROPE (HUNGARY/ROMANIA)

After ten years of successful operations in Hungary, AIG/Lincoln has extended its scope of business both in terms of assets developed and geography expansion into new markets. 

In Hungary, AIG/Lincoln is realizing its first retail power center (within the central and eastern European region), while in Romania a full service office has been opened to develop office, retail and residential assets, as well as to provide property management services to institutional owners/investors.

The Hungarian and Romanian teams are consolidating AIG/Lincoln’s position in the region as a leader in commercial real estate development and management with past and current development projects exceeding 600 million US dollars and more than 250,000 sq m of commercial space under management.
