UNICREDIT BANK IS THE FIRST TENANT IN THE QUADRUM OFFICE PARKJuly 29, 2008 - On behalf of AIG/Lincoln, Cushman & Wakefield global real estate consultant has signed a lease contract with Unicredit Group for the Quadrum office park, located next to Ferihegy Airport. Unicredit, the first tenant of the office park, will open its bank branch in November 2008. The new 163 sqm branch will be located on the ground floor of the 5,962 sqm office building development, which is part of the first phase. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive letting and sales agent for the Quadrum office park.

The neighbouring Airport and retail park complex Market Central Ferihegy, developed by AIG/Lincoln as well, ensures an outstanding business location for the dynamically developing bank group.
The four office buildings of the Quadrum office park with a total area of 22,000 sqm will be developed in four phases. The 2 hectare site located near Vecsés, surrounding the office buildings, will contain parks, fountains, lakes and gardens.
There will be space for 419 cars in the underground garage and an additional 275 parking spaces aboveground.
The Quadrum office park will be the first development in Hungary subject to the Building Research Establishment Environment Assessment Method (BREEAM). According to the preliminary evaluation, the office park was rated as “very good” on the BREEAM scale.
