VÖGELE IN THE QUADRUM OFFICE PARK

AIG /Lincoln, the developer of the Quadrum office park located next to the airport, has signed a lease contract with the Swiss Charles Vögele clothing retail group for their Hungarian headquarter. From November 2008, the new tenant will occupy an office space located on the third floor of the 6,000 sqm office building, which is the 1^st phase of the development. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive letting and sales agent for The Quadrum office park.
