Project description:

Recognizing a demand for air transport and distribution companies to be located in the vicinity of the Budapest Ferihegy International Airport, AIG/Lincoln developed a high quality efficient office/warehouse project at the southern entrance to the Airport.
The abundance of first class office space up to 12000 m2 and the 10 meter internal clear height of the warehouse offers users the flexibility of space and usage for their airport related operations.
The three building complex provides on site custom clearance, a high standard construction specification unique to the warehouse/distribution industry, and a visible, prominent location with direct access to the primary airport service road.
Currently the existing buildings are 100% leased. The last phase of the Park has been completed in 2003.

Access:

Road access to the site is via route 4 and the airport express road. Direct access from the main route is through an underpass constructed as a continuation of the junction at the AGIP petrol station. Public transportation is available by city bus no. 93 or the Budapest-Vecsés coach. The neighbouring railway station is also accessible from Budapest Nyugati railway station with a 30-minute journey.
