Infopark Research Centre is the company's first investment in Hungary. It was planned and developed for companies active in the information technology and technological innovation industries.

As the concept was totally innovative for Hungary, AIG/Lincoln applied its development and management experience in similar world renowned parks such as the Silicon Valley in California and the Cambridge Science Park in the UK to ensure the success of the Project.

Infopark Research Centre is built in a green area, close to the Technical University campus, and has excellent communications and visibility. The office complex was designed by architects Studio 100 and was developed in two phases.
PhaseI totals 11000 m2 on five floors with 250 basement parking spaces.
PhaseII comprises 4000 m2 of quality office space, where the most modern technical specifications are available.
