AIG/Lincoln Polska is a full-service real estate development, investment and management company. It is customer service-oriented and its goal is to provide multi-national and local customers with a full range of high-quality services, including Property Development, Design and Construction, Finance and Leasing and Property Management.

From start to finish, AIG/Lincoln Polska works closely with clients to meet the specific needs of their operations and to guarantee that their investment enhances overall value. AIG/Lincoln Polska actively implements projects on the Polish real estate market, in the sectors of offices, light manufacturing, warehousing, residential construction and retail projects. To date, the company has commissioned for use the retail center – Tesco, office buildings – AIG Amplico Life Headquarters, Saski Point, Saski Crescent and Riverside Park in Warsaw, as well as the industrial/distribution investments - Diamond Business Park Warsaw, Diamond Business Park Łódź and Diamond Business Park Piaseczno. AIG/Lincoln Polska is also a developer of a single-family-home residential project – “Osiedle Kampinos”. The most recent company’s investment is the Grzybowska Park office project in Warsaw, the Sosnowa Dolina residential project in Słomin and the Galeria Słoneczna retail project in Radom.
