AIG/LINCOLN POLSKA TWICE AWARDED CEE QUALITY AWARDS

AIG/Lincoln Polska was awarded CEE Real Estate Developer of the Year 2008. Managing Director of AIG/Lincoln Polska - Brian Patterson was announced The Industry Professional of the Year 2008.


The company received the title of CEE Real Estate Developer of the Year for the second time. The first distinction was in 2003. Brian Patterson was also announced The Industry Professional of the Year for the second time. 

AIG/Lincoln actively operates on the Polish market since 1997 and implements projects in the office, retail, residential, warehouses and light-production sectors. Grzybowska Park and Diamond Business Park Gliwice are the most recent completed investments. Grzybowska Park, the class-A office, was nominated to the Office Development of the Year 2008. The company is presently developing the Sosnowa Dolina – housing estate in Słomin, near Warsaw and the Centrum Słoneczne in Radom where a shopping center, residential complex and aqua park are being built.
