GRZYBOWSKA PARK AWARDED „CONSTRUCTION OF THE YEAR 2008” Grzybowska Park received the Construction of the Year 2008” award from the Polish Association of Engineers and Construction Experts. The competition was organized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Inspector of Building Control. Grzybowska Park, the latest class-A office development of AIG/Lincoln Polska, was completed in 2008. The Building is located in the heart of Warsaw’s Central Business District and is one of the most prominent new office developments of institutional-grade quality in the city. The Building comprises approximately 9,550 sqm of Net Rentable Area (“NRA”) of office space and 820 sqm of NRA of retail space located on the ground floor. The office area is 100% leased. The anchor tenant in the Building is Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., one of the biggest banks in Poland. Other tenants include: Grupa Lotos S.A., Accreo Taxand, Abris Capital, EQT and AIG/Lincoln Polska.. The ground floor is occupied by – coffee shop “W Biegu Café”, sushi restaurant “Bonsai” and French restaurant “Michel’s Brasserie”. The building was designed by APA Wojciechowski, in cooperation with RTKL, and was constructed by PORR Polska S.A. The Project was acquired by Deka Immobilien in April 2009. |
