Construction management. Using in-house project and construction management teams, we supervise all aspects of construction to handover. We manage the tendering process from start to finish. Site services, planning issues - espacially due to specific regulations - are resolved in the early stages to ensure that the construction process does not suffer from unforseen delays, to optimize building efficiency and minimize long-term maintenance.
